Sound therapy is the idea of using sound to produce good vibration and then frequency to re-establish or recalibrate your frequency. Certain frequencies can calm emotion, and certain frequencies can soothe body. Certain frequencies help to generate body’s automatic relaxation response, releasing endorphins that help to relax. We provide sound bath via singing bowl, tuning fork and meditation music in our center.

Plants and leaves are good for environment and beings. It helps purifying air, providing living things oxygen, absorbing carbon dioxide and pollutant gases such as nitrogen oxides, ammonia etc. Plants and leaves also absorb odors and filter the air we breathe by removing dust and other particles. 

Fallen leaves has its benefits too. It can naturally recycle nutrients to plants and trees as fertilizer.

Fallen leaves can be dried and used for smudging too. The most common ones are burning dried sage leaves and other herbs, letting the smoke cleanse and purify space or a person. People believes the smoke drifting from the herbs can help to transform negative with positive and healing energy
